an insight part 2 - joel's house!

so yesterday francis and i were cycling around, and since we ran out of places we decided to go joel's house. thinking it was quite near, we headed for his house and all we had to do was just cycle along yio chu kang road. pretty simple right? wrong. i was a beginner only, 1 day old cyclist. however we persevered and in the end, we met joel along the way, who led us to his house or rather mansion. and just as we were about to reach there, my tire punctured, so the last part my bicycle was making wierd random sounds.

once we reached joel's house, we parked the bikes and joel went to take out the hamsters! so cute! although the cage was obstructing quite a bit of view, we could still see how cute it was and joel fed the hamsters. so basically we all just stood around the cage and play with the hamsters for friendster.

then the bio teacher came out and got a bit of shock cos she didn't know we were there. and she recognised francis as her student, so it was quite an...awkward scene.

francis: hi auntie
joel: auntie ah
francis: oh...err hi m'am

but she was quite welcoming and gave us drinks! thanks! after playing with the friendsters for a while, we cycled to joel's neighbour who has 9 cars, and saw the imba garage and 8 cars. apparently the owner is out on a spin, so joel took the opportunity and snapped a few shots of the last car which he didnt have any picture of. and as you can probably imagine, he was grinning the whole time. even though i didnt really have any particular interests in cars, was still quite a sight, having a car parked on top of another car.

then we went back to joel's 3 story house and his mum offered to send me back since my tire gg. and poor francis had to cycle back. in the end, i reached home at 7.20 and francis reached my house at 7.50. next insight would probably be....amos/anurak/hiok?
