The second post and yes its about work. Here is the list of events coming up:
Venture meeting on 2nd January, Friday, 1pm. At 4th floor Junior Block, the side with the tables and benches.
Agenda for the meeting:
- CIP for NYAA
- Batch Project
- Whatever you were supposed to have done (refer to the list below)
- New ideas concerning the agenda.
- A lot of coins for the special surprise. Those that have gone for the 18th Dec meeting would know.
- Writing materials to take down what you are supposed to do.
Now for THINGS TO BE DONE:
Jack: Collate replies and response from everyone about the Project Chicken, as soon as possible, everyone is in Singapore today.
Jon Ed: Find out from Haozhi about the 2G'07 animal CIP, by 2nd Jan.
Alvin: Come up with a list of different categories of CIP and find the emails of external organizations linked to each category, by 2nd Jan.
Francis: Call the CC asking for updates on our cooking course, by today, 24th Dec.
Kenneth: Get all feedback and comments about Venture Calendar.
Hiok Yang and Francis:
Raffles Trail related. Edit proposal to include changes that Yan Wei and Chee Yeow suggested. Get the pamphlet done and send a copy to all the 01 teachers, by Monday, 29th Dec.
Everyone:
Miscallaneous things to do: Plogs.
Everyone please take note of your jobs and get them done by the stated deadline.
UPDATES:
We had one meeting on 18th Dec and another on 21st Dec. Both were very fruitful meetings. Everything else is supposed to be confidential to 01-06 and our dear VTLs, Zhi Xuan and Chee Yeow, and thus i cannot post anything else here. =D
Also, please remember to do your holiday homework.
